How the work actually works

Below is how a session goes, then the three ways we can work together.

Most of my clients show up with a business problem: a decision they’ve been circling, a conversation they’ve been avoiding, a team that isn’t working the way it should.

We start there. Not with a framework, not with theory, not with your childhood. With the actual situation on your desk this week.

What changes is how you think about it. I ask the questions you’re not asking yourself, the ones that reveal where you’re stuck, what you’re assuming, and what would shift if you stopped carrying it alone. The neuroscience is real and it informs how I work, but you’ll experience it as a conversation, not a curriculum.

Your state of mind is an invisible line on your P&L statement

It shows up in who you hire, what you tolerate, how long you sit on the conversation you already know you need to have. Fix the thinking and the numbers move, in that order.

What we practice together

Not aspirations on a wall. This is how the work actually goes.

Ways to work together

Most people arrive knowing roughly which one they want. If you do not, the comparison table further down sorts it out in about a minute.

Coaching

Who it is for. Founders, CEOs and senior executives who have run out of people they can think out loud with. Usually successful on paper and running hot in private.

What happens. You bring the decision, the person, or the pattern that keeps repeating. I ask what nobody around you will ask, and holds you to what you say next. Nothing leaves the conversation.

Format. Private sessions, in person in Los Angeles or remote.

The Leaders Hub

Who it is for. Business owners who want other owners alongside them. People whose spouse has heard enough about the business and whose team cannot be told everything.

What happens. A facilitated peer meeting every month. You put a real problem on the table, the group works it, and you leave with your next step. Led by Margalit and Paul.

Format. Six months, monthly in person meetings, support between sessions, $2,100.

Workshops

Who it is for. Leadership teams and owner groups that keep having the same meeting and leaving without a decision.

What happens. Sessions designed around what your team needs to talk about. I don’t lecture. I design the conversation so the room does the work. Common topics: decision making under pressure, delegation, curiosity over reactivity, and learning to listen before you fix.

Format. Half or full day, on site or remote, designed with you in advance.

Great leaders lead with questions, not answers, and grow stronger thinkers in the process.

Find yourself in the left column

If two rows sound like you, start with the cheaper one. You can always add the other later, and several clients do both.

The question you’re avoiding is usually the one that matters most.

If something here made you stop and think, that’s worth a conversation

Thirty minutes, complimentary, no pitch. Bring the thing you have been circling.
